Spring Wood Badge Still Has Openings!
Come join other Cub, Webelo, Boy Scout, Venturing and Varsity leaders to enhance your team-building and leadership skills (pre-requisite is New Leader Essentials and your Leader Specific training). You’ll find that you can use your new knowledge to strengthen your units—and you might even find yourself more effective at work and home. The curriculum parallels that of Nat’l Youth Leadership Training (NYLT), so a unit with Wood Badge-trained adults and NYLT-trained youth will be Scouting at its best!! Dates are March 16-18 and March 31-April 2, at Rancho Las Flores.

Wood Badge is Scouting's premier training course. It's the ultimate leadership training experience designed to meet the leadership needs for all Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity Scout and Venturing leaders, as well as Council and District leaders and Scouting professionals. The members of the course are formed into patrols and these into a troop. The entire troop lives in the out-of-doors over two weekends, camping, cooking their own meals and practicing Scout skills.
