follows:
Keynote speaker, Steve Foster, is a former combat decorated F-4 Phantom and F-15 Eagle Fighter Pilot for the United States Air Force. Steve flew 322 real world combat missions during Vietnam in extremely hostile environments and survived numerous missile launches against his aircraft. A highly decorated fighter pilot, Lieutenant Colonel Foster became one of the Air Force’s Top Gun Pilot Instructors where his students are now flying in combat for our country. Steve’s message is simple – “What you learn as a Scout stays with you for life!”
